We acquire CAD Projekt for increased development capacity

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of CAD Projekt, a prominent BIM and LCA solutions and software development company based in Hungary.

 

This strategic acquisition strengthens our position as a comprehensive BIM and LCA solutions provider, enhancing our capabilities in software development, automation, and innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI).

The acquisition of CAD Projekt enhances our software development capabilities by integrating unique software expertise, particularly in creating Archicad add-ons and smart BIM objects. This move secures critical intellectual property, improves coordination, efficiency, quality and strengthens key partnerships, ultimately delivering greater value to new and existing customers in the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, retail and real estate (AEC/O) industry.
